Kym O'Donnell

Having lived and worked in the local area for over 45 years Kym has strong ties to the community.  Kym has focused her career and lifestyle on Customer Service and serving her community. This started at a young age with joining many service groups.

Leaving school with a Certificate in Business Studies and started her first Receptionist position in a local Solicitors office is where Kym saw, first hand how people needed all different forms of help. 

Kym then took an opportunity that lead, her to become the very first person to be offered a Traineeship for Compass Building Society, studying Finance and Banking, which brought her many certificate qualifications in Financial Services and Customer Service.

Kym then changed direction into the Retail Sector and again excelled in Customer Service in the Building Industry, there she gained another prospective on housing from the inside and out. Kym then took a small break for family, but all the while supporting her community, with becoming a committee member for the City of Casey MRA GP run for two years, and also on the steering committee for Bendigo Bank Community branch.

When returning to work Kym become a Sales Representative.  Kym then gained her qualification Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and used that to take up a short-term position with Salvation Army Employment Plus. Where she helped the local community again with training them on how to gain employment and financial stability.

 Kym then realised Real Estate was were she could join all her experience together and her passion for property lies. Kym viewed this as the occupation that would fill her need for quality Customer Service and helping others all in once place.  Kym then gained her Certificate IV in Property Services and was offered the opportunity to join the fantastic team at L J Hooker Dandenong where she started as a Assistant Property Manager and with the change of franchise group to Ray White Dandenong, she has now  realised her long term ambition of becoming  a Business Development Manager. Leading the education of investers and Landlords and giving her to the point and honest experience and insight into the Real Estate Market. Kym has helf her Real Estate Licence for five two years and is looking forward to helping everyone find their own piece of paradise.
